Give baked brie a little kick! Try this sweet & spicy Strawberry Jalapeño Baked Brie!

    I mean c'mon.

Is there anything better than ooey gooey Brie and a sweet fruit spread schmeared on a baguette? Just look at that creamy puddle of cheese ...

How to Make Baked Brie with Jam and Crescent Rolls

With just 3 ingredients, our Strawberry Jalapeño Baked Brie will be your new favorite go-to appetizer!

Once you've placed your brie on the crescent roll dough, spread a generous amount of fruit spread over a wheel of Brie, just wrap it up in that buttery sheet of crescent roll dough. I tried to get all fancy and twist the dough into this pretty little rosette 🙂

A buttery sheet of crescent roll dough wraps cheese and fruit spread in our Strawberry Jalapeño Baked Brie

Pop this pretty little package in the oven and let it bake until the dough is cooked through and it is a gorgeous golden brown.

With just 3 ingredients, our Strawberry Jalapeño Baked Brie will be your new favorite go-to appetizer!

You will have to practice patience because you need to let this baked Brie rest for about 5-10 minutes. Otherwise, the cheese will spill out ALL over and make a huge mess!

    How to Serve Baked Brie

But once you cut open the edge, through the flaky crust and into the fruit spread, this creamy dreamy cheese spills out in a glorious gush and you'll need to rush in with baguette rounds, crackers, and halved strawberries in hand to sop it up!

Trust me on the strawberries ... you won't be able to stop at just one. The fresh tart berry + the sweet fruit spread + melty nutty cheese = a little bite of heaven!

Believe me when I say you won't be able to eat just one strawberry with our Strawberry Jalapeño Baked Brie - they are SO good!

    Tips for Making Baked Brie

    • Don't waste your money on fancy brie from a cheese shop, the grocery store variety works just fine for this easy baked brie recipe
    • You can completely make this jam baked brie with a wedge of brie instead of the full round but I recommend going bigger!
    • Customize this recipe by changing the flavor of your jam, adding nuts or chopped fruit, or even honey!
    • The brie rind is edible, no need to remove it!

    Description

Need an easy appetizer with a big WOW factor? This Strawberry Jam Baked Brie is just the ticket! Creamy brie cheese and strawberry jam are tucked inside a flaky crescent crust and then baked until golden brown!

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • One 8 oz. round of Brie cheese
    • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
    • One crescent roll dough sheet
    • Baguette slices (cracker and strawberries)

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    3. Unroll crescent roll dough sheet on parchment paper, pinch to smooth any perforations in the dough.
    4. Remove Brie cheese from packaging and center the round on the sheet of dough.
    5. Spread strawberry jam generously over the top of the cheese.
    6. Fold dough over cheese and remove any excess. (I twisted some of the dough to create a decorative design on the top.)
    7. Bake for 18 - 23 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
    8. Allow baked brie to rest for 5-10 minutes before servong.
    9. Transfer baked brie to a serving plate and serve with baguette slices, crackers and halved strawberries.

how long did you cook it for? The recipe says until golden brown, was it golden outside and undercooked inside, I have never had this happen so am trying to troubleshoot!
