Some dips are good, but this one? It’s legendary! Tangy feta, creamy yogurt, and a swirl of olive oil come together in the most luscious, fluffy dip you’ll ever taste. It’s the perfect blend of salty, savory, and oh-so-smooth.
Whether you’re serving it as a party appetizer or a quick snack, this easy recipe is guaranteed to be a hit just like my crack corn dip.
Why I love this recipe
I love how effortless this dip is! Just a handful of ingredients and a quick whirl in the food processor, and it’s ready to go. It’s my go-to when I need something simple yet impressive for snacking or serving at get-togethers.
Ingredients
- feta cheese
- Greek yogurt
- olive oil
- garlic
- lemon juice
- red pepper flakes
- salt and black pepper
- parsley
Step by step
- Add the feta cheese, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to a small food processor. Pulse until well combined.
- Transfer the whipped feta dip to a bowl and garnish with red pepper flakes and chopped parsley.
- Serve with chips or vegetables.
Tips for Best Results
- Let the dip sit for a few minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed—feta is naturally salty, so go easy on the salt at first.
- For extra flavor, drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze before serving.
Variations
There’s always room for a little extra flavor! Give it a smoky kick with roasted red peppers or balance the flavors with a drizzle of honey. Also, a handful of fresh basil or dill will keep things fresh, and if you like it spicy, harissa or extra red pepper flakes are the way to go.
Serving suggestions
This dip goes with everything! I love it with warm pita, crisp crackers, or fresh veggies like carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers. It’s also amazing as a spread on pesto garlic bread, or for sandwiches and wraps, and it belongs on any charcuterie board.
Storage
Store any extra dip in the fridge for up to four days in a sealed container. Before serving, give it a good stir, and if it’s too thick, a drizzle of olive oil will fix it.
