With just 2 ingredients and tons of fruit flavor, these non-alcoholic frozen Strawberry Coladas are ready in minutes and taste like the tropics! (And of course there’s an option for an alcoholic version as well!)
Frozen Strawberry Coladas are the perfect refreshing drink for these hot summer days! Whether you choose the non-alcoholic version or the more traditional spiked colada, it’s an easy, fast, delicious treat!
Frozen Strawberry Coladas
Is there anything more refreshing then a smooth, creamy frosty frozen drink? This pretty pink drink comes together in your blender with just two simple ingredients: frozen strawberries and cream of coconut. Really. That’s it.
Since you can keep your freezer stocked with berries and a few cans of cream of coconut tucked in your pantry, a batch of Strawberry Coladas is never farther than a few minutes away!
How to make a Strawberry Colada with alcohol
If you prefer the spiked version of this strawberry colada simply add 4 ounces of coconut rum (or rum of your choice) and adjust for your preferred taste and alcohol level.
And that is really handy when you need a vacation. Because these taste like vacation. Like fruit by the pool and sun on your face and not a care in the world! Trust me on this one.
What I love about simple drinks like these Strawberry Coladas is that you can switch up the frozen fruit to fit whatever you have in your freezer! Frozen pineapple, mango, mixed berries, peaches or even bananas would make an absolutely delicious drink!
