Cream cheese mints are known by a variety of names: cream cheese butter mints, baby shower mints, wedding mints. Whatever you call them, you're going to love these easy to make and absolutely addictive treats!
I make my cream cheese mints without butter and they turn out almost like the middle of a peppermint patty. My family LOVES them and they usually last only a day or two!

- powdered sugar
- mint extract
- milk
- sprinkles (optional)

Step by step
- Mix cream cheese, mint extract, 2 cups of powdered sugar, and sprinkles in a large bowl or stand mixer until fully blended.
- Add remaining powdered sugar 1 cup at a time while mixing by hand.
- Mix sprinkles and additional powdered sugar in a small bowl.
- Roll dough into balls and then roll the balls in the sprinkle mixture and place on a baking sheet or plate.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then flatten with a fork.
