You all know I’m a sucker for EASY, especially when it comes to dinner time! Well, it doesn’t get much easier than the recipe I’m sharing today. With the help of pre-cooked rotisserie chicken and packaged ramen noodles, dinner will be ready in a flash!
Why I love this recipe
This is tasty meal the entire family will love and it needs just a few simple ingredients.
This is also the perfect meal for those crazy busy weeknights when you are tempted to grab fast food. Simply grab a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store deli and a couple of packs of ramen and head home for a proper meal.
Ingredients
- rotisserie chicken
- ramen noodles
- butter
- minced garlic
- Parmesan cheese
- parsley for garnish (optional)
Step by step
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil for ramen noodles.
- Meanwhile, shred rotisserie chicken, set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter, once the butter starts to melt, add garlic and chicken. Stir to coat.
- Once the water is boiling, add noodles, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Drain noodles and add to the butter & chicken mixture, and stir to combine.
- Stir in parmesan cheese. Serve immediately garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Substitutions and variations
- chop and use leftover chicken breast instead of rotisserie chicken
- use another pasta such as angel hair instead of the ramen
- substitute another Italian cheese like Pecorino Romano for the parmesan
Serving suggestions
I like to serve this with a side of garlic bread and a vegetable like this easy Italian sautéed broccoli. You could also serve it with a homemade Caesar salad as an easy alternative.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days. I do not recommend freezing this meal.

- 3 packages of ramen noodles, discard seasoning.
- 1 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
- fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
