Parmesan Chicken and Ramen Noodles

Description

Looking for an easy 15 minute meal? This easy ramen noodle recipe is just for you! With just a few simple ingredients and 15 minutes you can have this Garlic Parmesan Chicken Ramen on the table and ready to eat!


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 3 packages of ramen noodles, discard seasoning.
  • 1 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
  • fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

 


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil for ramen noodles.
  2. Meanwhile, shred rotisserie chicken, set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter, once the butter starts to melt, add garlic and chicken.  Stir to coat.
  4. Once the water is boiling, add noodles, and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Drain noodles and add to the butter & chicken mixture, and stir to combine.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese. Serve immediately garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
