Brussel sprouts are a healthy and delicious side-dish that can be made easily! My favorite method is my brown sugar brussels sprouts recipe but the you can chop them into a salad, pan fry them, even cook them in the air fryer.
No matter how you prepare your brussels sprouts, these are great main dish options to serve alongside them.
1. Salmon with Dill
Salmon filets are lightly seasoned and cooked to perfection before being drizzled with a zesty dill sauce for an added kick of flavor. Crispy brussels sprouts and wild rice make this a complete meal!
2. Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
This savory seafood dish features delicately seasoned filets of tilapia oven baked with a crunchy Parmesan cheese crust. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts.
3. Rosemary Roasted Chicken
