Roasted brussel sprouts are a healthy and delicious side-dish that can be made easily! My favorite method is my brown sugar brussels sprouts recipe but the basic idea is simple:

Start by pre-heating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse one pound of brussel sprouts and cut off the ends. Place the brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover them with a light coat of olive oil, salt and pepper, or your choice of seasoning and even some parmesan cheese.

Roast the brussel sprouts for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through. The brussel sprouts should be nicely browned and crispy when done. You can also use an air fryer for this veggie!

This is my favorite way to eat this vegetable, it just really makes their flavor incredible when they’re roasted!
