I love dips. I love savory dips like queso dip, chili cheese dip, corn dip, or the classic spinach artichoke dip. But I also love light and fluffy dessert dips like piña colada fruit dip, loaded carrot cake dip, key lime pie dip, and chocolate cream pie dip. If I can dredge or dunk or dip, I am in!
Add that in with my love of strawberries (hello strawberry fluff!) I think I hit the dip jackpot with Strawberry Marshmallow Dip. Pink, packed with my favorite fruit flavor and only 2 ingredients!!
Two ingredients. For real. So stock up on these guys and get to stirring!
Why I love this recipe
It is such a pretty dip to look at (in addition to how tasty it is!) It would be perfect for a little girl baby shower, wedding shower, Valentine’s day party, a Barbie-themed party, even to celebrate breast cancer awareness!
And because its so easy to make, you can whip it up anytime for a snack or after-school treat, what kid wouldn’t love to come home to this yummy dip?
Ingredients
Two simple ingredients: strawberry cream cheese and strawberry marshmallow creme fluff. You came, you saw, you made strawberry fruit dip. Easy-peasy.
P.S. I found the strawberry marshmallow fluff at my local Publix, but grab it on Amazon if your grocery store doesn’t carry it.
Step by step
Brace yourself: mix the two together. 😂
Truly, the hardest part of this recipe is getting all that ooey, gooey sticky marshmallow fluff out of the jar. After that, it is smooth sailing to a glorious bowl of dippable deliciousness!
Helpful Tip: Spray a spatula or butter knife with nonstick spray to help you keep the fluff from sticking to it while you scoop it out of the jar.
Serving suggestions
This is an easy fruit dip recipe to serve on a fruit platter if you are entertaining. Fresh fruit like apples, grapes, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, kiwis, or pineapple would be amazing with this marshmallow fruit dip.
For a bit more indulgent dipping, try vanilla wafers, Oreos, graham crackers, chocolate chip cookies, pirouette cookies, sugar wafer cookies, or cinnamon sugar pita chips would all taste wonderful. You can even spread it on a bagel!
Storage
Store leftover marshmallow dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Is there anyway to make that lower calorie? sorry but don’t need to pack on any more winter lbs. This looks so darned good, you sure keep coming up with so many delicious recipes, oh yum. The vanilla wafers look so good too. All of it. Wonder if there’s any place in Grand Junction that has fresh strawberries. That looks like such a fantastic dip to have for summer when it’s blazing hot. Will be looking for those products here. One things seems certain, when your family has company you will always have good ideas to serve your guests. Have great weekend Keri.
Hi JaneEllen! If you want to make it a little more low cal, you could try finding low-fat/fat-free strawberry cream cheese (or mixing some fresh strawberries with low fat cream cheese) and just using fruit to dip. I do love to entertain, so having recipes like this in my back pocket make it so much easier!
I have never seen Strawberry marshmallow fluff! Awesome recipe!!!
Oh.my.goodness! I had NO idea marshmallow fluff came in strawberry flavor!! I’ve never seen it in the stores here before. This looks so delicious! Can’t wait to try it! 🙂
This Strawberry Dip sounds heavenly. Will definitely have to make it
Would you be able to make this a couple of days in advance?
Hi Jodi – Sure! I would make it a day or two in advance and keep it refrigerated since it does contain cream cheese. Enjoy!
Have u made it with strawberry cream cheese and regular marshmallow fluff? I can’t get strawberry flavor!
You could definitely try – I imagine it would still be delicious! You could even amp up the strawberry flavor with some strawberry preserves, too. I’ve seen the strawberry fluff on Amazon for sure if you don’t see it in your grocery store 🙂
This was perfect for my daughter’s Barbie birthday party! Thank you, everyone loved it!
