Variations

For a spicier bite, throw in some diced jalapeños. Rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe, but you can also use leftover canned, baked, or grilled chicken.

Serving suggestion

Grab your favorite dippers, such as tortilla chips, buttery crackers, or toasted baguette slices—they all pair beautifully. If hosting a party suggest serving this dip with some of our other party favorites like crockpot queso with sausage and beef, cream cheese sausage balls, or jalapeño popper wonton cups.

Storage

If you have leftover dip, keep it in a sealed container in the fridge for up to three days.

To warm it up, use the microwave or bake at 350°F until heated through. For prepping a party, assemble it a day in advance and bake it when you’re ready to serve.
