Making cilantro lime rice just like Chipotle’s is actually very, very easy. Once you try this recipe you’ll be surprised at how flavorful you can make plain white rice with just a few minutes and two simple ingredients!
Ingredients
- long grain white rice
- fresh limes
- fresh cilantro
- vegetable oil (optional)
Step by step
- Cook your rice according to the package directions.
- Once cooked, zest limes into the rice and then juice them as well.
- Add the chopped cilantro and oil. Fluff and stir to mix thoroughly.
That’s it! Too easy!
