Margarita Punch
Whenever we entertain I like to make sure we have plenty of non-alcoholic drinks available for party designated drivers, nondrinkers and of course the kids. This nonalcoholic Margarita Punch recipe is one that I turn to again and again over the years.
Ingredients
- lemon lime soda
- limeaid
- margarita mix
If you are in a pinch and don’t have margarite mix you can substitute triple sec.
Add-Ins
- lime sherbet
- cut fruit – lemons, limes, any citrus or berry would be a great compliment
- and of course, tequila!!
I serve this punch in a punch bowl or large pitcher with a bottle of tequila and shot glass nearby so it can be spiked for those that want an alcoholic version. If making this in a big batch and you want to add tequila, add 1.5 cups to the recipe below and adjust for taste/strength.
If you loved this fruity drink, then I bet you’ll get a kick out of:
- Agave Margarita
- Pineapple Rum Punch
- Slushy Fruity Blender Punch
- Tropical Orange Sherbet Punch
- Fruit Punch Slush
- Creamy Frozen Strawberry Coladas

This Margarita Punch is refreshing, sweet and tart and almost no one missed the real thing! This would be perfect for Cinco de Mayo, a summer get together, a citrus-themed party or just any ol’ Taco Tuesday. You could make it ‘slushy’ by putting it in your blender with plenty of ice. Add scoops of lime sherbet for a fluffy, frothy addition. Or just simply sip and dream of a summer beach in Mexico…
Perfect for a pool party … and it looks so refreshing!
that sounds so yummy, thanks for sharing.
This sound great! I’ll have to try it! Thanks!
I’m thinking you should whip this together at St. Patrick’s Day next year!! It’s beautiful and looks super yummy!

This looks so delish. Great for a party 😀 I think I might like a non alcoholic version even better as well.

I’m having trouble finding Lemon-Lime Hawaiian Punch, and suggestions for a substitution?
Hi and help!
Would love to make this in the UK but have no idea how big a small bottle of margarita mix is! Can you help please. Thanks…
It is about 33 oz, Clare!
This is AWESOME!!! I just made this for a party of about 50 people and it was gone in no time. It was at work so we knew we couldn’t have the tequila (t’kill-ya, as I call it!), but it was a huge hit! Thank you so much for posting this recipe! 🍸
Also, I’ve been looking for a good mockail to use when I get married… FOUND IT!
Can this be frozen so it is slushy?
I would imagine so but I have not tried it myself, sorry not to be of more help.
What size bottle of Simply Limeade is used?
I have the same question. What size bottle Simply Limeade?
For this recipe, did you pour the whole 2 Liter bottle of Sprite in the pitcher? Also, did you use the 52oz Simply Limeade?
Thank you! Can’t wait to try the recipe!
