We had a Cinco de Mayo employee event at work on Thursday and while we couldn’t serve real margaritas (tequila + employees + clients = bad news), I came up with a non-alcoholic alternative I decided to call Maybe Margarita Punch. With fresh limes and margarita mix added to the punch, this yummy punch bowl drink has that classic lime flavor without any alcohol!
Maybe Margarita Punch
This punch came together with a lunch time run to our local grocery store. We picked up the ingredients for our Maybe Margarita Punch and popped them in the fridge to chill: lemon lime soda for some sparkle and fizz, fresh fruit to reinforce the flavor in the punch and some margarita mixer, of course without the alcohol.
Maybe Margarita Punch is refreshing, sweet and tart and almost no one missed the real thing! This would be perfect for Cinco de Mayo, a summer get together, a citrus-themed party or just any ol’ Taco Tuesday. You could make it ‘slushy’ by putting it in your blender with plenty of ice. Add scoops of lime sherbet for a fluffy, frothy addition. Or just simply sip and dream of a summer beach in Mexico…
If you loved this fruity drink, then I bet you’ll get a kick out of:

Tart and sweet, this non-alcoholic Maybe Margarita Punch is the perfect party punch for Cinco de Mayo or even just taco Tuesday!

- ½ small bottle of margarita mix
- ½ bottle of Simply limeade
- Fresh lime slices
- Chill all ingredients and prior to serving, stir together.
- Add ice and fresh lime slices just before serving.
