It’s so colorful and I love the additional of fluffy white marshmallow ‘clouds’!  Because marshmallows.  YUM!  The mix of sweet and salty is pretty perfect, too.  Every now and then, a Goldfish pops up with that little hit of salt.  And a Goldfish with a marshmallow?  Money.  Trust me!

Easy Rainbow Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • Trix cereal
  • Froot Loops cereal
  • Colors Goldfish crackers
  • Mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together equal parts of Trix cereal, Froot Loops cereal and Colors Goldfish crackers.
  2. Just before serving, stir in an equal part of mini marshmallows.
  3. Scoop into serving cups {or hands} and enjoy!

Notes

Soft squishy marshmallows will make crispy crunchy elements a little softer, so make sure to add them just prior to serving whenever possible.

  10. Charmaine Corrie says:

How many servings does this make?

    • Hi Charmaine – the recipe just uses equal parts of all of the ingredients. So if you use a cup of each (Trix, Froot Loops, Goldfish & marshmallows), you would end up with 4 cups of the rainbow snack mix. You can double or triple the recipe if needed. Enjoy!!
