So, in addition to fun recipes like double chocolate cake and key lime pie cookie cups, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite drinks, desserts, meals and snacks that are helping me stay on track. Like skinny root beer floats … with only 1 Weight Watcher point, they are a fun, frosty summer treat that everyone will love!

I am going to have to try this! Just wanted to let you know too that the new A&W Ten Root Beer is so delicious, does not taste like “diet” at all, and is only 10 calories! It’s my new favorite drink of the summer 🙂

Such a great idea! Love and pinning this 🙂
Great for you starting on Weight Watchers!! I have been on Weight Watchers for a year and have lost 53 lbs! If you don’t want to use any point for a root beer float, take your chilled root beer and pour into a blender add some ice and as much fat free 1/2 & 1/2 you want and blend away!! No points at all and it tastes great!!! Sometimes I even drink my root beer with 1/2 & 1/2 in it!
Great idea! I wouldn’t have thought to use cool whip! yum!
genius. if only i had one right now! 🙂

Ah, I love this, Carrie! I’m trying to cut out most dairy from my diet and that includes ice cream since it’s loaded with cream and milk! I love that this uses Cool Whip, which is dairy free! Pinned and sharing on Facebook. Thanks for sharing at Marvelous Mondays!
And I just found out that Cool Whip does have milk in it. *sigh* All this time I thought it was dairy free. Ah well, this is still a super awesome recipe, Keri! 🙂
