Description

Skinny Root Beer Floats satisfy your sweet tooth without just a few caolries!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. diet root beer
  • 4 tablespoons of frozen Cool Whip Lite

Instructions

Frozen Cool Whip

  1. Thaw a tub of Cool Whip Lite in the refrigerator according to instructions on package.
  2. Line a small tray (that will fit in your freezer) with parchment or waxed paper.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop (mine is from Pampered Chef), place tablespoon dollops of Cool Whip Lite on the tray.
  4. Place in freezer until Cool Whip Lite has re-frozen and can be handled.

Skinny Root Beer Floats

  1. In a tall glass, pour 8 ounces of cold diet root beer and let the fizz subside.
  2. Place four frozen Cool Whip Lite dollops in glass.
