Step by step

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough on a flat surface. Slice into 12 strips (I use a pizza cutter for this to make it easy.)
  3. Ties each slice into a knot and tuck the ends underneath and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Melt the butter in a small bowl, then add parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, and garlic powder. Stir to mix. Brush the dough knots with the butter mixture, reserving any leftover for later.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with remaining butter mixture and serve hot with marinara if desired.
