Description

These easy garlic knots are made with a simple dough flavored with garlic butter and infused with herbs. Enjoy them warm with marinara for dipping!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 13 ounce can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • cooking spray, nonstick
  • marinara, for serving, if desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough on a flat surface. Slice into 12 strips (I use a pizza cutter for this to make it easy.)
  3. Ties each slice into a knot and tuck the ends underneath.
  4. In a small bowl mix together the melted butter, parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, and garlic powder. Brush the dough knots with the butter mixture, reserving any leftover for later.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with remaining butter mixture and serve hot with marinara if desired.
