Description
These easy garlic knots are made with a simple dough flavored with garlic butter and infused with herbs. Enjoy them warm with marinara for dipping!
Ingredients
Scale
- 13 ounce can refrigerated pizza dough
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- cooking spray, nonstick
- marinara, for serving, if desired
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Unroll the pizza dough on a flat surface. Slice into 12 strips (I use a pizza cutter for this to make it easy.)
- Ties each slice into a knot and tuck the ends underneath.
- In a small bowl mix together the melted butter, parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, and garlic powder. Brush the dough knots with the butter mixture, reserving any leftover for later.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with remaining butter mixture and serve hot with marinara if desired.
