I love experimenting with new salad dressing recipes, they are so easy to make at home and it is fun to try new flavors. This Dijon Vinaigrette is my current favorite, even my kiddos request it!
You only need a few simple ingredients to make this homemade salad dressing:
- extra virgin olive oil
- white wine vinegar
- dijon mustard
- garlic
- salt & pepper
That’s it! Too easy right?
Simply combine all the ingredients and mix well. I like to make my dressings in a mason jar, then just put the lid on and shake, shake, shake to mix it up. Then store the dressing in the fridge for up to a week.
