Tips for Best Results

  • Don’t overcook the broccoli florets; you want it to be tender-crisp for the best texture.
  • Feel free to add in any additional seasonings or herbs to customize the flavor to your liking.
  • Don’t skip Cajun seasoning and paprika as they give the chicken a flavorful punch.

Serving suggestion

This casserole is a meal all on its own or you can pair it with a simple side dish.

A fresh green salad dressed with a light vinaigrette or sautéed green beans seasoned with a little garlic and lemon zest can perfectly complement the flavors of the casserole. If you enjoy bread with your meal, a crusty baguette or pesto garlic bread can add a delightful crunch to the creamy textures within the casserole.

Storing tips

Leftovers can easily be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, simply pop it back in the oven or warm it in the microwave until heated through.
