Description

Waldo Burgers pack thick slices of bologna grilled until crispy, then layered on a soft bakery bun and topped with cheese and crisp pickles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Four 1/41/2 inch thick slices of high quality bologna
  • 4 slices cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Sliced dill pickles
  • Thinly sliced onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium/medium high heat.
  2. Place bologna slices on grill.
  3. Flip as bologna get grill marks and crisps around the edges.
  4. Place grilled bologna on the bun and top with cheese, onions and pickles.
