Waldo Burgers pack thick slices of bologna grilled until crispy, then layered on a soft bakery bun and topped with cheese and crisp pickles.
- Four 1/4 – 1/2 inch thick slices of high quality bologna
- 4 slices cheese (American or cheddar)
- 4 hamburger buns
- Sliced dill pickles
- Thinly sliced onions (optional)
- Heat grill to medium/medium high heat.
- Place bologna slices on grill.
- Flip as bologna get grill marks and crisps around the edges.
- Place grilled bologna on the bun and top with cheese, onions and pickles.
