Description

Slow Cooker Chicken Casserole has tender chicken simmered in a creamy sauce with al dente pasta in your slow cooker. Simple prep work lets you enjoy a comforting casserole with minimal effort.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, curt into cubes
  • 1 pound bow tie pasta


Instructions

  1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray or line with a slow cooker liner.
  2. Add chicken breasts to slow cooker and top with Italian dressing mix. Pour soup over the chicken, then top with cubes of cream cheese.
  3. Cook on high 3-4 hours or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. When chicken is almost done, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Shred chicken with two forks. Add cooked pasta and stir together.
  6. Serve warm with parsley if desired.
