Description

This Pumpkin Patch Dessert Pizza is an easy, fall or Halloween dessert for the chocolate lover that is almost too cute to eat! It starts with a brownie cookie crust topped with chocolate frosting, OREO and graham cracker crumbs and adorable pumpkin candies!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 18.9 oz box brownie mix
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounce container chocolate frosting
  • 5 graham crackers, crushed
  • 3 OREO cookies, crushed
  • mellowcreme pumpkins
  • Halloween sprinkles
  • green gel icing

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Pour the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl. Add a cup of all-purpose flour to thicken the dough so the cookies keep their shape.
  3. Stir in melted butter.
  4. Chill the dough for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
  5. Spread the dough using clean hands into a circle. You will want it to be about a centimeter thick.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the middle is set.
  7. Allow the brownie crust to cool completely.
  8. Once completely cool, add a layer of chocolate frosting.
  9. Sprinkle crushed graham cracker and OREO over the frosting along with some of the Halloween sprinkles.

    Place the mellowcreme pumpkins.

  10. Use green gel icing to made curly vines to connect the pumpkins, add a few leaves on each little pumpkin and add tiny leaves along the vines.
