Description

Satisfy sweet cravings with these bars made from OREOs, marshmallows, and white chocolate, perfect for any occasion without oven time needed.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Oreo Cookies
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 10 oz. mini marshmallows
  • 4 oz. white chocolate (use 8 oz. if you want to cover the entire top instead of drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until they resemble fine crumbs. Set aside about 4-6 Oreos to use as toppings if desired. If your food processor is not large enough, you may need to crush the Oreos in batches.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until smooth and melted.
  3. Quickly pour the melted marshmallow mixture into the bowl of crushed Oreos. Stir until well combined. The mixture will harden quickly as it cools.
  4. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper or grease it with butter. Transfer the Oreo marshmallow mixture into the pan and press it down firmly using your hands or a measuring cup. Allow it to set for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the bars. Alternatively, you can use 8 oz. of white chocolate to cover the entire top of the bars. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top for added texture and presentation.
