Description

Celebrate Halloween with air fryer mummy hot dogs! Wrapped in crescent rolls and air-fried to a crispy, golden finish, these treats are perfect for parties or a fun snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8-ounce can crescent roll dough
  • 10 hot dogs
  • 20 edible candy eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350°Fahrenheit.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice each triangle into thin strips (about 1/4 inch wide).
  4. Wrap each hot dog with a strip of crescent roll dough, leaving a small gap for the face. Continue wrapping until the hot dog is covered.
  5. Repeat with the remaining hot dogs and dough strips.
  6. Place the wrapped hot dogs in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
  7. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or bake for 13-17 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Remove the mummy dogs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  9. Place the edible eyeballs in the gap you left for the face. If needed, use a tiny bit of mustard or ketchup to help the eyeballs stick.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup or mustard.
