These Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread Muffins are like tiny bites of heaven – each one filled with layers of cinnamon-sugar goodness and drizzle with icing for that extra sweet kick. They are perfect for a quick and fun breakfast or a delightful treat!!

- 2 packages refrigerated Grands cinnamon rolls
- ¾ cup white granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, add the white sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Use a fork to blend together until combined.
- Cut each of the refrigerated Grands biscuits into 4 pieces. Coat each in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Fill each jumbo muffin pan halfway full with the coated cinnamon rolls.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
- Pour this mixture over each half-filled muffin well, coating all the pieces.
- Fill the jumbo muffin pan the other half of the way full with biscuit pieces.
- Cover again with another generous coating of the butter mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, coating with another layer of the butter mixture, 5 minutes before it is done.
- Melt the frosting in the cinnamon roll container slightly in the microwave.
- Drizzle frosting on top of each monkey bread muffin.
