Description

My Mason Jar Pancakes are a quick and fun way to whip up a homemade breakfast. Shake, pour, cook, and enjoy warm, fluffy pancakes, perfect for busy mornings or a fun way to get kids involved in the kitchen.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a large mason jar, add milk, egg, and oil. Secure the lid and shake until well combined.
  2. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the jar. Put the lid on and shake for about 2 minutes until everything is mixed.
  3. Lightly grease a griddle or frying pan and heat to medium.
  4. Pour batter onto the hot surface, using about 1/4 cup per pancake.
  5. Cook until the edges look dry and bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with syrup, fresh fruit, or your favorite toppings.
