Description

Easy carrot cake dip has all the same delicious flavors as your favorite carrot cake recipe in snackable dippable form! This creamy dip is the perfect dessert dip for springtime and Easter brunch but tasty enough to enjoy year-round.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. block of cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz. marshmallow fluff
  • 2-3 tablespoons of crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 tablespoons carrot cake cake mix (dry)


Instructions

  1. Spread cake mix on a baking sheet and bake for five minutes at 350°F. Set aside to cool.
  2. Using a hand or stand mixer, blend together the softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff.
  3. Mix in pineapple, coconut, chopped pecans, and carrot cake mix.
  4. Allow to chill at least one hour.
  5. Serve with your favorite dippers: apple slices, pretzels, vanilla wafers, graham crackers.

Notes

Get creative! Add anything else you enjoy in carrot cake: raisins, walnuts, shredded carrots!
