Put away the grill because today we are going to talk about how to make hamburgers in the oven and it’s SO easy! With just 30 minutes you can have fresh hamburgers ready to enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- salt and pepper
- hamburger buns and desired toppings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Form the meat into 4 patties. Place in a baking dish.
- Season liberally with salt and pepper.
- Bake 25 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches your desired doneness. *see note
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to bake burgers to desired doneness: 135 for medium rare, 140 for medium, 145 for medium well, and 160 for well done. If you are using the method of placing on the bun and wrapping in foil then returning to the oven, cook to 5 degrees under your desired doneness as the burgers will continue to cook as the buns warm.
