- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Combine milk with one teaspoon of lemon juice. Stir and let sit 5 minutes.
- Combine milk mixture and all remaining ingredients in a small bowl or mason jar and mix until blended.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
