- 1 lb. strawberries, tops removed and quartered
- 3 mandarin oranges, peeled
- 20 ounce can of pineapple tidbits, drained
- 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1 (3.4 oz.) box of cheesecake instant pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese for 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Set aside.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and milk, until well combined.
- Add the cheesecake pudding and the cool whip to the cream cheese, and mix until well combined.
- Add the fruit to the bowl, and gently toss to combine.
- Chill for 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
