Description

These Ham and Swiss Sliders bake to golden perfection with sweet rolls, savory ham, melty cheese, and a buttery topping, perfect for parties, game days, or quick dinners!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12-count Hawaiian rolls
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 pound sliced honey ham
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9×13” baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice the rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Spread mayonnaise over the bottom layer, then add a layer of ham followed by cheese. Spread more mayonnaise on the cut side of the top buns and place them on top. Set aside.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the sliders evenly, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Cover the baking dish with foil.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until warmed through and the cheese is melted. Remove the foil and bake for another 2 to 3 minutes, allowing the tops to turn golden brown.
  7. Take the dish out of the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until warmed through.
