Ingredients
Scale
- 12-count Hawaiian rolls
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 pound sliced honey ham
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9×13” baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread mayonnaise over the bottom layer, then add a layer of ham followed by cheese. Spread more mayonnaise on the cut side of the top buns and place them on top. Set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Pour the butter mixture over the sliders evenly, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Cover the baking dish with foil.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until warmed through and the cheese is melted. Remove the foil and bake for another 2 to 3 minutes, allowing the tops to turn golden brown.
- Take the dish out of the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
