Description

Crispy, garlicky, and cheesy – these garlic parmesan wings are everything you want in a wing and more. Ideal for parties or a simple snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds bone-in chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • your choice of dressing for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with a metal rack.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the wings on the prepared metal rack and bake until golden and crispy, about 50-55 minutes.
  4. To make the sauce, in a large bowl, stir together the melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add the baked wings to the sauce and toss until completely coated. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and serve with your choice of dressing.
