- 2 pounds bone-in chicken wings
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- your choice of dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with a metal rack.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the wings on the prepared metal rack and bake until golden and crispy, about 50-55 minutes.
- To make the sauce, in a large bowl, stir together the melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the baked wings to the sauce and toss until completely coated. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and serve with your choice of dressing.
