Description

My 15-minute Fried Pickle Dip has it all: crunchy, tangy dill pickles, smooth cream cheese, and a kick of ranch seasoning. This viral recipe is perfect for tailgating, parties, quick snacking, or potlucks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 8-ounce cream cheese – softened
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the panko bread crumbs. Toast until golden and crunchy, stirring occasionally, around 5 minutes, then set aside.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl or stand mixer, whip the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in the ranch seasoning, sour cream, chopped dill pickles, and a splash of pickle juice. Gently stir everything together until well blended.
  4. Transfer the dip into your serving dish, then sprinkle the toasted panko evenly over the top and finish off with a sprinkle of fresh dill just before serving.
