- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 3 ripe avocados (I used Mexican Hass Avocados)
- 1 lime, juiced
- ¼ tsp salt, or to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper, or to taste
Instructions
- Pre-chop the tomato, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the inside into a bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the avocado to your desired level of “chunkiness.”
- Mix in chopped tomato, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
