Description

This easy Guacamole recipe tastes so delicious you’ll never buy premade guacamole again! With simple ingredients like avocados, tomatoes, onion, fresh lime juice, and cilantro this quick guacamole recipe can be ready to serve in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 3 ripe avocados (I used Mexican Hass Avocados)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ tsp salt, or to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Pre-chop the tomato, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the inside into a bowl.
  3. Use a fork to mash the avocado to your desired level of “chunkiness.”
  4. Mix in chopped tomato, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
