Description

Crock pot ground beef and noodles is an easy and budget-friendly meal the whole family will love. Like our Mongolian beef noodles or ground beef stroganoff, this is a great meal for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 16 ounce package egg noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet brown the ground beef. Drain and add to the slow cooker.
  2. Add onion soup mix, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir to mix.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or high 3 hours.
  4. Add noodles 30 minutes before serving if cooking on low or 15 minutes before serving if cooking on high, replacing the top after adding them.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese and allow to melt a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave.
