Description

These cream cheese sausage balls are bite-sized, cheesy, and oh-so-savory, making them perfect for serving at parties, as a quick snack, or even as an appetizer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sausage, uncooked
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1¾ cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Mix in the Bisquick baking mix and shredded cheddar cheese until the entire mixture is well blended.
  4. Scoop out the mixture and shape it into 1-inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet.
  5. Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls turn golden brown and are fully cooked.
  6. Serve while they are still warm and enjoy!
