These cream cheese sausage balls are bite-sized, cheesy, and oh-so-savory, making them perfect for serving at parties, as a quick snack, or even as an appetizer!

- 1 lb sausage, uncooked
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1¾ cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.
- In a large bowl, mix the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel until everything is evenly combined.
- Mix in the Bisquick baking mix and shredded cheddar cheese until the entire mixture is well blended.
- Scoop out the mixture and shape it into 1-inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet.
- Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls turn golden brown and are fully cooked.
- Serve while they are still warm and enjoy!
