Description

Crockpot Mississippi Little Smokies are the perfect balance of flavors – a little spicy, a little tangy, and a whole lot of deliciousness packed into bite-sized sausages that are irresistible for any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 (12oz) packages little smokies sausages
  • ½ cup pepperoncini juice, low-sodium beef broth, or water
  • 1 ounce envelope au jus gravy mix
  • 1 ounce envelope ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers, more or less as desired
  • fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the little smokies to a slow cooker and drizzle the pepperoncini juice over the top.
  2. Evenly sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning mix on top. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Add the slices of unsalted butter over the coated sausages and scatter the pepperoncini peppers over the sausages.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring once halfway through, until the sauce is bubbling and the sausages are thoroughly heated.
  5. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
