Crockpot Mississippi Little Smokies are the perfect balance of flavors – a little spicy, a little tangy, and a whole lot of deliciousness packed into bite-sized sausages that are irresistible for any gathering!

- 3 (12oz) packages little smokies sausages
- ½ cup pepperoncini juice, low-sodium beef broth, or water
- 1 ounce envelope au jus gravy mix
- 1 ounce envelope ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced
- 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers, more or less as desired
- fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the little smokies to a slow cooker and drizzle the pepperoncini juice over the top.
- Evenly sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning mix on top. Stir gently to combine.
- Add the slices of unsalted butter over the coated sausages and scatter the pepperoncini peppers over the sausages.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring once halfway through, until the sauce is bubbling and the sausages are thoroughly heated.
- If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
