Description

One Skillet Creamy Mushroom Chicken Pasta combines tender chicken and earthy mushrooms in a rich, velvety sauce. Ready in just 20 minutes, it’s a quick and easy meal for any night of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1.5-2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 8 ounces fettuccini (or preferred pasta)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together the all-purpose seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Season the chicken on all sides with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Add the chicken tenderloins to the skillet and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides. Once cooked, remove and set it aside.
  5. Stir the soup, water, and paprika in the skillet and heat to a boil.
  6. Add the pasta and chicken, cover, and reduce the heat to medium-low.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°, the pasta is tender, and the soup mixture has thickened, stirring occasionally.
  8. Slice the chicken before serving if desired. Enjoy!
