Description

This Creamy Fruit Salad is a colorful mix of juicy berries, crisp apples, and sweet citrus, all tossed in the perfect light and creamy dressing. It’s the perfect refreshing side for breakfast, brunch, or a summer gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 pound kiwis, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 pound red grapes, cut in half
  • 18 ounces fresh blueberries
  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and separated
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing and slicing the fruit, then transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the yogurt and honey.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat everything evenly. If desired, add fresh mint as a garnish.
  4. Refrigerate until serving time. Before serving, give it another toss to evenly distribute any dressing that has settled at the bottom.
