- (2) 10-ounce bags mini marshmallows
- 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter or margarine
Instructions
- Lightly coat the baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, place the marshmallow and butter.
- Microwave until the marshmallows puff up. Stir until the mixture is smooth and combined.
- Quickly add the cereal and mix well so it’s fully coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish and press it down evenly.
- Let it cool and firm up for about an hour before slicing into squares and serving.
