Description

These Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are a quick and easy treat that’ll satisfy your sweet tooth in no time. Soft inside, crispy outside, and packed with flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • ½ cup salted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place on baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until just cooked through.
  3. While baking the biscuits, melt the butter in a small bowl.
  4. In another small bowl, stir together the cinnamon and sugar until well combined.
  5. Remove the biscuits from the oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes so you can handle them safely.
  6. Dip each biscuit into the butter mixture and then the cinnamon mixture then set back onto the baking sheet. Repeat this step for each biscuit bite. You want to ensure all sides are very well coated.
  7. Place biscuits under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until the sugar has caramelized. Be sure to watch this step very closely so that you don’t burn the sugar.
  8. Transfer the biscuits to a cooling rack and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave, under the broiler, or air fry.
