  • fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cut the Colby Jack and Gouda cheeses into small, bite-sized cubes. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
  2. On a large tree-shaped cutting board, start by arranging the Colby Jack at the top of the tree followed by a line of cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add Gouda cheese cubes, then a fresh rosemary sprig. Repeat to fill the bottom half of the tree.
