Description

Chicken Club is a triple-decker sandwich stacked with layers of sliced chicken breast, crispy bacon, juicy tomato, fresh lettuce, and melty cheese, all sandwiched between toasted bread slices and slathered with mayonnaise.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 slices of white bread
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices of deli chicken breast
  • 2 slices of American cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of white bread until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on one side of two of the toasted bread slices. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the mayonnaise on each of the slices.
  3. Add deli chicken breast slices (1 per slice) on top of the lettuce. Place American cheese slices (1 per slice) over the chicken. Layer with cooked bacon slices (2 per slice). Add sliced tomatoes (1/2 tomato per slice) on top of the bacon.
  4. Top each sandwich with one of the remaining slices of untoasted bread. Press the sandwiches together gently to secure the layers.
  5. Cut the sandwiches diagonally for serving.
