Description

This cheesy breadsticks recipe is a must-have in your recipe collection. Just like the cheesy breadsticks from your local restaurant but even better because you can easily make them at home!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a pizza pan.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough and place on the pizza pan, making sure it is a large rectangular shape.
  3. Melt butter and mix with the garlic powder. Pour over the dough and spread evenly with a brush or spoon.
  4. Add the mozzarella cheese all over the dough, coating every inch.
  5. Then coat with a layer of parmesan cheese on top of the breadsticks.
  6. Mix the basil, oregano, and salt together, then sprinkle on top of the cheeses.
  7. Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes or until everything is completely melted and the edges of the cheese are lightly browned.
  8. Remove from the oven. Brush the cheese bread with more butter and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
  9. Cut into long strips and enjoy alone or with your favorite dipping sauce.
