Description

This no-bake Banana Pudding Fluff Salad combines soft bananas, pudding, and whipped cream for a refreshing, chilled dessert. It’s a comforting take on a classic Southern recipe, the perfect no-bake dessert for summer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3.4-ounce box banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 8-ounces whipped topping
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup mini Nilla wafers
  • optional garnishes: extra mini marshmallows, banana slices, and Nilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and slicing the bananas into 1/4 inch rounds. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the whipped topping, sour cream, and dry pudding mix until smooth and fully blended.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows, vanilla wafers, and sliced bananas. Gently fold with a rubber spatula to mix.
  4. Chill the fluff salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving so the cookies will soften and let the flavors come together.
  5. If desired, top with extra banana slices, marshmallows, and mini wafers before serving.
