Description

Say hello to the perfect summer dessert! My 4 Ingredient Lemon Cheesecake Mousse is creamy, tangy, and super easy to make for a light, refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Beat the heavy whipping cream in a mixer or a large mixing bowl on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, then set it aside.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Reduce the speed to low, add the lemon juice, and continue mixing until everything is well combined and smooth.
  4. Remove the bowl from the mixer and gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  5. Refrigerate the mousse for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with mint leaves and sliced lemon, if desired.
