Description

This Taco Cheeseball is the ultimate snack for taco lovers! Creamy cheese, bold taco seasoning, and crunchy Doritos make it irresistible. It’s perfect for parties, game days, or any casual gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Doritos


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, taco seasoning, jalapeno, green onion, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Form this mixture into a ball (clean hands work best).
  3. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours, or overnight.
  4. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in the crushed Doritos.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
