Description

Sautéed canned green beans are a fast and easy side dish made with a pantry staple. Take ordinary canned green beans to the next level with this tasty 15 minute recipe.


Ingredients

  • (2) 15 ounce cans green beans
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (about one clove)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Drain one can of green beans completely, keep the liquid in the other can.
  2. Add all ingredients to a skillet and heat over medium high heat.
  3. Cook 8-10 minutes or until liquid is almost completely cooked off.
  4. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
