- 1 3/4 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey, or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- melted chocolate, for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips.
- Using a spatula or your hands, mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
- With a #20 scoop (3 tablespoons), shape the mixture into evenly sized balls, pressing firmly to compact them.
- If desired, drizzle some melted chocolate over a few of them for decoration.
- Place the balls in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, or until firm.
