Description

These Korean Loaded Fries combine golden fries, saucy beef, and a spicy mayo drizzle for a comfort-filled treat. Fresh green onions brighten each bite. They’re fast, easy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb frozen or homemade French fries
  • 7 oz cooked ribeye or flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bake or deep fry the fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. While the fries are cooking, slice the cooked beef into thin strips. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the beef with soy sauce and barbecue sauce for 2–3 minutes until well coated and warmed through. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with sriracha until smooth. Set aside.
  4. To assemble the fries, spread the hot fries on a serving plate or in a bowl. Top with the saucy beef, drizzle generously with spicy mayo, and finish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately while hot for the best texture and flavor.
