Hawaiian Rice Pudding {aka Rice Hawaiian}

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (warm)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • One 8 oz.can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 8 oz. whipped topping (thawed)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together warm rice and brown sugar.
  2. Once the brown sugar has melted, add the crushed pineapple with the juice and stir until combined.
  3. Chill the pineapple rice mixture.
  4. Just before serving, fold in the coconut and whipped topping.
